HORSERADISH SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
  • ¼ pint soured cream
  • 4 teaspoons of finely grated horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt.

METHOD:

  • Mix together all of the ingredients and pour into a small serving bowl.

  • Absolutely perfect to serve with roast beef.
