- 15-20 fresh
figs, peeled and sliced in half .
- Honey .
- Orange-flavoured
liqueur (For example Grand Marnier)
- Heavy cream

- Spray some
non-stick spray on a baking sheet.
- Place figs
on a baking sheet and drizzle a bit of honey, liqueur and heavy
cream on each fig half.
- Place under
a hot broiler until bubbly.
- Serve warm
with vanilla ice cream.
