FRESH FIGS BAKED WITH HONEY AND CREAM

INGREDIENTS METHOD
  • 15-20 fresh figs, peeled and sliced in half .
  • Honey .
  • Orange-flavoured liqueur (For example Grand Marnier)
  • Heavy cream
  • Spray some non-stick spray on a baking sheet.
  • Place figs on a baking sheet and drizzle a bit of honey, liqueur and heavy cream on each fig half.
  • Place under a hot broiler until bubbly.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
